Palmico Terms of Service

Last updated: September 28, 2026

Welcome to Palmico. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.

1. What Palmico is

Palmico is a free social game where friends (“pals”) make lighthearted predictions about each other, make picks on whether they’ll happen, and earn points for good calls. Palmico is entertainment — it is not a gambling product, a financial service, or a marketplace.

2. Points are a game score

Points are just a score. They have no value and cannot be bought, sold, transferred, redeemed, or exchanged for anything.

• You earn points only by making correct picks. A wrong pick scores zero; nothing is ever staked, spent, or lost.
• There is no wagering, prize, payout, or purchase of any kind in Palmico.
• We may adjust scoring and leaderboards to keep the game fun and fair.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Palmico.

4. Your content and conduct

• You own the content you create in Palmico (predictions, messages, custom categories, profile details). By posting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content within Palmico solely to operate and improve the service, for as long as your account exists. Deleting your account ends this license.

• Predictions, chat messages, and custom categories you create must not harass, threaten, defame, or expose private information about anyone.
• Only make predictions about pals who have chosen to participate in your Crew. Keep it fun — Palmico is built for consenting friends, not for targeting people.
• You can block any user and report any prediction, chat message, custom category, or user in-app. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts. Abuse reports: palmicosocial@gmail.com.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect and why. Pals find each other by username; Palmico never asks for your contacts or phone number.

6. Account deletion

You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account.

7. Purchases

Palmico is free and has no in-app purchases.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using Palmico at any time.

9. Disclaimers & liability

Palmico is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
